3. Orders and Purchases

3.1 Order Process

  • Submitting an order request on our Site is a request for quotation, not a binding purchase.

  • All prices quoted are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Part Authenticity

  • We source genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • We verify part authenticity through our supplier network but cannot guarantee against sophisticated counterfeits from upstream suppliers.
  • If a part is found to be non-genuine, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • All part identifications are verified by our team before ordering. We do not order parts solely based on AI output without human verification.
  • We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated part suggestions. Final part selection is confirmed by our specialists.

7. Forum Rules
