EUROPARTS LANKA delivers genuine European car spare parts island-wide across Sri Lanka. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and costs.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all districts in Sri Lanka, including:
- Western Province: Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara
- Central Province: Kandy, Matale, Nuwara Eliya
- Southern Province: Galle, Matara, Hambantota
- Northern Province: Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu
- Eastern Province: Trincomalee, Batticaloa, Ampara
- All other provinces and districts
2. Delivery Timelines

Note: Timelines begin from the date of order confirmation and payment, not from the date of order submission. Parts that are not in local stock require international sourcing, which accounts for the standard timeline.
3. Shipping Process
- Order Submitted: You submit a parts request via our website or WhatsApp.
- Quotation: Our team identifies the exact part and provides a price quote including shipping.
- Payment: You confirm the order and complete payment (bank transfer or agreed method).
- Sourcing: We source the part from our supplier network (local stock or international import).
- Quality Check: Every part is inspected and verified before dispatch.
- Dispatch: Part is shipped via our courier partner. You receive a WhatsApp notification.
- Delivery: Part delivered to your specified address. You can track status via your dashboard.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs vary based on part weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Shipping cost is included in the quoted price — no hidden fees.
- Express delivery incurs an additional fee, which will be communicated at the time of quotation.
- Bulk orders may qualify for reduced or waived shipping charges.
5. Order Tracking
- Registered users can track order status through the My Orders dashboard.
- Status updates are sent via email and WhatsApp at each stage.
- You can also inquire about order status by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order reference number (e.g., EPL-2026-00042).
6. Failed Delivery
- If delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable, our courier will attempt a second delivery within 2 business days.
- After 2 failed attempts, the package will be held for collection. You will be notified via WhatsApp.
- Packages uncollected for 14 days will be returned to our facility. Re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your part arrives damaged during shipping:
- Do not install the damaged part.
- Photograph the damage and the packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship within Sri Lanka only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
