European Car Insurance in Sri Lanka — Which Company Gives Best Rate?

Shopping around for insurance for my 2017 Audi Q5. The premiums I'm being quoted are significantly higher than for a Japanese SUV of the same value.

Companies I've contacted:
- Sri Lanka Insurance: LKR 95,000/year comprehensive
- Ceylinco: LKR 88,000/year comprehensive
- AIA: LKR 92,000/year comprehensive

Anyone found a better rate? Does anyone have experience with claims on European cars — are the insurers difficult about genuine parts vs aftermarket?
